Keep your sunflowers fresh longer by re-cutting stems and putting them in fresh flower food mixture every two days. Cut the stems under water to prevent air bubbles from entering the stems vascular system using a sharp knife or floristry shears. Keep the stems in water while you empty the vase. clean it and add flower food. Return the flowers to the vase. Keep sunflowers away from direct sunlight and A/C draft.
