Description
Hydrangea Blue is sold in a bunch
This bloom brings coastal elegance into your space, inspired by the breezy beauty of summer in the Hamptons. Its lush, full heads in calming shades of blue instantly elevate any room with timeless charm. These hydrangeas thrive when you give them what they love most: plenty of water and a cool environment. Keep your A/C running to ensure they stay fresh, full, and beautifully hydrated.
Hydrangea Flower Care:
- Hold each stem next to your vase to see how much you need to trim.
- Remove any foliage that would sit below the waterline to prevent bacteria from entering their drinking water.
- Fill your vase with cool water and the flower food included with your hydrangeas. If you forgot to purchase extra flower food, add a tablespoon of sugar for now.
- Cut 1–2 inches off each stem at a 45‑degree angle while underwater. This boosts water absorption and prevents air bubbles from clogging the stems. Drop each stem directly into the vase — don’t leave freshly cut hydrangeas out of water while you continue trimming.
- Keep hydrangeas in a cool room. They love water, but they hate direct sunlight, heat, and A/C drafts. A calm, cool space helps them thrive and live a long, fulfilled life.
- Recondition them every 1–2 days.
Mayflower Market flowers are sold in bunches as indicated above and wrapped in brown paper, tied with raffia (very much similar to flowers purchased from a street vendor or market in Europe) and delivered to you ready to pop into your favorite vase & brighten up your home or workspace.
